night to $50.00 per night depending on time of year and number of people. Air
conditioning also makes the room more expensive.
The house is a nice home with two large
bedrooms, large bathroom, living room and kitchen are also part of the main
structure. The dining room is under roof but is located outside to take
advantage of the breezes and mother nature. There is a nice front porch
with tables for the guests who wish to have breakfast.
All furnishings for the house and hotel
are included in the asking price of $260.000.00 US.
Yearly sales are approximately
$35,000.00US. The owners verify a profit of approximately $24,000.00 to
$27.000.00 per year after all taxes and expenses have been paid. The numbers
seem to be correct as far as I can ascertain.
